Hello and Welcome! This website is focused on helping worship leaders grow in their musicianship, leadership, and devotion to Christ. I hope you find this content helpful and inspiring. Enjoy! - Brenton
The centerpiece of this mentorship is the Live Teachings. Each Monday night at 7pm a small group of worship leaders will gather together on a video call for a live training session from Brenton lasting 90 minutes.
Share ideas and gain unique perspectives from your worship community. In addition to being joined durning the Live Teachings, you'll also have access to a Facebook Group to share stories, feedback, questions, and ideas.
Gathering information is one thing. Implementing strategies, systems, and habits is another. Each week you'll be given Course Work to help you apply what you've learned to your specific ministry. Expect to spend 1-2 hours per weekly assignment.
Each week you'll also receive additional resources like favorite apps, software, books, podcasts, articles, and teachings to support the Live Teaching topic. Dig into this content on your own time.

Let me know how I can help.
As a worship leader of 17 years, having been in full time local church ministry for 12 years, I’ve had plenty of ups and downs. I’ve learned a lot through personal mistakes and patient mentorship from my leaders.
I've had the privilege of training many worship leaders through leading the annual Restore Worship Conference, publishing articles for Worship Ministry Training and The Worship Community, teaching at conferences, and providing in-person mentorships to local worship leaders.
I'm excited to extend this training to even more leaders through this mentorship.
